Featuring checkerboard travertine tile, the lower level sitting room opens onto the covered patio, which is surrounded by a European-style walled garden and overlooks the 5th green and lagoon of the members-only River Course. Outdoor speakers, a grill, and refrigerator on this lower level add convenience for outdoor entertaining.
The main level enjoys an efficient, open floor plan that connects the living room, kitchen, dining and sunrooms with ample space to move about and relax. The sunroom adds an abundance of natural light with vibrant green golf vistas beyond while a cozy screened porch is perfect for after-dinner drinks or morning coffee. There is a desk and chair if you absolutely must work while at the home.
